The theory of Minimalist Art has become firmly rooted in international contemporary art through the production of artworks that are ungenerous in terms of form, color and subject matter. However, it contains high-impact latent cryptographic capabilities that send its sly artistic messages to establish conceptual artistic entities that quickly become entrenched in the Museums of Wall and Memory. Hence, Shubbar has chosen traffic signs damaged by the barbaric war, to present abstract expressionist art that would archive the time and setting and wouldn’t be reprised in the history of peoples. He presented that before bearing the brunt of the problem and the gaps that lead the recipient to read beyond the theory as a complete art and a strange selectivity of the unspoken.  This method also preserves the interactive performing moments of art by displaying the initial and spontaneous smudges without refinement or modification.
