Painting Description: No 36
This is a wonderful composition of a painting. A vital vortex of horses is drawn for the first time in fine art despite its popularity. The fixation of the spectacle’s frame enables the viewer to participate in completing the rest of the picture from the painting’s frontal side as Antarah stands at the opposite side looking selectively at the horses.
The configuration of the mandala, along with the historical figure of Antarah, create a distinctive and collective binary composition; such composition wouldn’t be achieved expect by exceptional art, particularly Shubbarialism
